Summary: The hotel is correct-and budget friendly - carpets are a little run down - they looked clean and everything smelt good- No breakfast included. Personal was friendly and correct Practical very close to airport - and I liked the neighborhood very calm and safe - loved the architectural details of Coral Gables in the streets. Love also all the pictures of the orignal hotel.

Summary: Worn down. Spanish is the predominant language, couldn't do a gin/tonic since they did not have sny tonic. Yet, clean and GREAT value for money with a good location close to downtown. I will come back...

Summary: The location is quiet, not much shops within walking distance. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, serving nice meals. The staff that checked us in was nice and helpful. Just do not check-out late as they charge a late check-out fee. There was just some confusion, because I paid the late check-out fee on my check-in date and said I can stay until 3pm. But during my check-out date the desk keeps calling me and someone knocking, I can only stay until 12 but then I asked if I can stay until 1pm and they let me.
